There are also many different materials that wine bottle racks are made from. You can select from shiny chrome, stained wood, wrought iron and many other types as well. Without a doubt, you will be able to find the look you want. Furthermore, you will find that wine bottle racks come in a variety of sizes. Of course, you can also purchase a cabinet so that you can hide your wine if you prefer to do so. As you can see, you really can showcase your wine collection in any way that you want to, since it mainly depends on how many bottles you want to have.

Decorations for a Wine and Cheese Party

The way that you set up your room depends not only upon the room’s shape, but also upon how much space you have. You can either use a long buffet table against one wall with different sections or have several “stations” around the room with little tables.

Of course, an upscale party is generally the way to go here, so think simple and elegant. One idea is to use solid white tablecloths with white candles that are decorated with grapes and grape leaves or something seasonal. Make sure that you label each of the cheeses that you will be serving and give a short description of its general flavor. You may want to have a cutting board and cutter available for each type of cheese as well.

Glasses and Plates for a Wine and Cheese Party

Make sure that you use the right type of wine glass with each wine. For instance, red Citrus Wine should be served in a round ball shaped glass while white wine should be served in a more fluted glass. You will want to have a collection of each type of glasses available. For dishes you could use wine-themed plates or an eclectic mix of little antique dishes. You will want to have plenty of these available to encourage your guests to try small samples of cheese with each wine.

What to Serve At a Wine and Cheese Party

You will probably want to have more foods available at your party than simply Rose Wines and cheese. A good choice here would be fruit, because you could then have a 3 tiered centerpiece or large antique bowl filled with grapes and other fruit on your tables. Another idea is to have a lot of interesting types of breads and crackers available. Simply make sure that your wine and cheese, as well as your crackers and breads, are all appropriate choices for the wine that is being sampled. You could even have some caviar and then a nice cheesecake for dessert. Of course, you may wish to offer your guests some coffee too, particularly at the end of your bash.

The First Wine Testing At Wine Bars

In 1976 a wine tasting event took place with 9 tasters, 8 of whom were considered to be the top wine tasters in France. The event was a blind tasting, meaning that the judges did not know the identity of the wines that were being tasted at the wine bars. After this event, the popularity of wine tasting in Paris grew to what we know it as today. You can now find events at wine bars included in almost every wine tour of Paris. This is probably because there are a lot of wine bars in this area that have regularly scheduled events. Just make sure that you go prepared to do a lot of spitting as you taste these various Fruit Wines as you will probably find at least a few that you do not like.

If you do decide to visit Paris in order to sample the various delicious French wines at the city’s wine bars, then you should be prepared to taste plenty of great quality wines. This is because in Paris, wine is not just another beverage. It is a daily staple in the diet of most French people. For this reason, some of Paris’ wine bars have scheduled wine tastings. One of these wine bars is Chateau, which offers economical wines. There is also Willi’s which offers you more than 250 different types of wine to choose from. Of course, there are many other wine bars also available so that you will have no problem finding one that will suit you needs. Most of these establishments open early and stay open for the majority of the day and late into the night. They not only offer you fine wines, but they also offer you great food to choose from as well.

You do not want to miss out on visiting Paris’ many fine Low Alcohol Wine bars. If you have a chance to do this, then make sure you plan to spend at least a few days enjoying yourself in this beautiful city. While there, you should also visit some of the wine shops so that you can bring home some great selections that cannot be found elsewhere.

The McWilliam’s Hanwood estate Cabernet Sauvignon was a bargain! This is another example of an educated buy from my research. What do people habitually buy those artificial ‘Yellow Kangaroo Tail’ which is really Chemical fruit cordial mixed with alcohol like someone with too much superficial make up and no personality! On the nose, full black current cassis, black cherry, mulberry and spicy dark chocolate with much charm face characters but it just doesn’t stop here. While it’s neither overly complex nor deep like an expensive cab (why am I being so judgmental?!), it offer good structure and balance of acid, fruit and soft sweet tannin destined to be another high class quaffer. Friendly, warming and unpretentious, the full body packed full juicy wine delivers much instant gratifications. The finish is fair and leaves good satisfaction. Kudos to the Aussies who make such affordable yet very drinkable wines. Drink now (rating 88-90 points) by Michael Lam of the Beverage Review.
